BFME II, and its expansion ROTWK, included a newer version of Worldbuilder than the one shipped with the orignal BFME.

If you have just bought the second game, having used the original WB, this document, written by EA, may be useful in explaining new features. It is also useful for anyone new to WB who would like to know what certain features do.
