First go to control panal and go to mouse, then pointers and clik on what you want to change and then browse...
Then go to local disk, program files, Electronic Arts, The Battle for Middle-earth (tm) II*, data, cursors, then click on what ever cursor you want to use!

*If you used a different install directory, go to that
