How to Increase the Zoom Distance in the RJ RotWK Mod

This method allows you to zoom out further in the RJ RotWK mod. The same approach also works for most other mods and for the original version of the game.

1. Download the Required Files
Links are provided at the bottom.

Maps.rar
Use this if you are installing the maps into a mod that uses a maps folder.

Maps.big
Use this if you are installing the maps into the original game or into a mod that still uses a maps.big file instead of a folder.

2. Replace the Existing Maps
Navigate to the modâ€™s maps directory.
Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Mods\RJ_RotWK_1_06\maps

If a maps folder exists:
Delete all existing files inside the folder.
Extract and copy the downloaded maps into this folder.

If there is no maps folder but a maps.big file instead:
Use the Maps.big download.
Replace the existing maps.big file with the downloaded one.

Done

Once replaced, you will be able to zoom out significantly further in-game.
All included maps are Unofficial Patch 2.02 v7.00 maps.
