2: How to test scripts on maps quickly

When you create maps with scripts it is necessary to test the map very often in order to adjust your scripts.

If you do it like this you can save a lot of time:
Open the map with the worldbuilder. The map should be in the folder for your custom maps. Open the script editor. Adjust your scripts and use the "Apply" button of the script editor and the save button of the worldbuilder without closing the scripteditor when you are done.

Run BFME using the -win option in the shortcut (look previous page for further information) and load your custom map. Test now.

With the worldbuilder running at the same time you can edit your scripts and save the map again using "Apply" and the safe button.

Now press Esc in the game and select Restart to reload your map with the new edited scripts. You can now see the consequences of your editings instantly without restarting the game.
I recommend to use low graphic settings in the game as the running of both the worldbuilder and the game.dat needs very much hardware ressources.

Note:
If you are also using -scriptdebug2 you can play the game very fast using the Run Fast (10x) button. So you can collect money very fast or let a timer expand very fast etc.
