Changing the RTS settings is rather easy. If you want to change the RTS settings for all the WotR scenarios simply edit data\ini\campaigns\common\livingworlddefaultrtssettings.inc. Since the settings in this file should be easy enough to understand I will not list them here (yes...I am quite lazy ;). If you don't want to change the RTS settings of all scenarios you may simply write your own .inc file with the necessary settings and include it into your scenario.
