Hex edit: Adjust FPS in 3 popular mods

MODs they vary where the proper .big file may be, but 3 popular are here:

Blue Wizard Mod (BFME1)
X:\my install directory\The Battle for Middle-earth (tm)\_zbwm_update.big
Hex edit the one instance near FramesPerSecondLimit = 30 changing that to 20, 10 or some other number,

Edain Mod (BFME2)
X:\my install directory\The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\__edain_data.big
Hex edit the one instance near FramesPerSecondLimit = 30 changing that to 20, 10 or some other number,

Age of the Ring mod (BFME2)
X:\my install directory\Age of the Ring 5.1\aotr\data\ini\gamedata.ini
X:\my install directory\Age of the Ring 5.1\aotr\data\ini\object\gamedata.ini
(TWO gamedata.ini files, edit both as only one or the other does not always work)

At this time the mod is decompressed, there is no .big file.
gamedata.ini can be opened with a text editor.
Search for FramesPerSecondLimit = 30
Change 30 to 20, 10 or some other number
