This tool is for expanded Apt-Editing (
If you don't know anything about Apt-Editing it would be recommendable to acquire a good knowledge in this field.

The tool can convert .const-files to .xml-files for easier editing.

2. Installation:
For use of the tool a installation of perl is assumed.

The tool shall be found in the folder "Const_Editor" and can be inserted in any

3. Instructions for use:
Open "Run" by pressing the "Windows Key" + "R". Retrieve "Command prompt" (cmd.exe)
by using input "cmd" + "Enter".

Put $_.const and $_.const into the folder "Const_Editor".
Type "" + "$_.const" or "$_.xml" in the prompt and
press enter for approvment.
Now "$_.const" or "$_.xml" is generated.

While editing the $_.xml the serial numeration of the "sequence" doesn't have to regard.
However the "itemcount" needs to be changed for adding or removing
