The Attribute Modifier :


This part of the code allows for even more changes to the HORDES usual abilities
add in AttributeModifier.ini
Each line will add a new Attribute
you can see examples of this in other attribute modifiers
NB : as the weapon is 60 sec the Fx is for 60 secs as well

And what I meant by explaining is that you didn't really explain what different things did.. Like, why do you have to have this code here, or this here, stuff like that
