I copy his foot and knees frame key from frame 1 to frame 30 cause he shoulnd move his legs before he sits. When I was doing that I notice that he should help himself with the arm while sitting down it looks more naturally. I adde several keyframes to both hand and elbow controler because of that. You can see its positions on time slider on the image.

As you can see his left arm goes through his leg. Fixing is rather then simple just move the controller of the hand forward.

Now we need to fit his right arm to body moves. Reposing the two controllers solves it nicely.

Well so the sitting down anim is ready now i you can export it. But i prefer doing the idle anims to the same file and then export it because of small tweaks to the final pose that can occur.

It is good idea to make sure that move and rotate all controllers on frame 50 otherwise it is kinda problematic to make the anim cyclic. So if you didnt do that while posing move and rotate all controlers on 50th frame now and then copy it to frame 110.

Good work. Tutorials on these kinds of subjects is what the community still lacks :-)
